Tape to mp3 software

Howdy, i got a tape to mp3 converter for crimbo, im transfaring them to mp3 as we speak, thing is the tapes are live recordings from the radio i made of dj sets from the temple theatre over ten years ago, there is alot of interfearance and static that needs to be cleaned up once its converted, anybody know of any good…

I use Audacity for the same thing - works a treat!
