Hi. I recently got a new job and they are looking for my p45 from my previous employer. The problem is I haven't handed in my notice and don't plan to as I can fit both of them in. What should I do?

You'll probably want to allocate some tax credits to the new job, ring Revenue and they should do this over the phone. A 2013 tax credit certificate will then be issued to each of your employers according to your requests. You can also have a nil certificate issued to the second job, if you so require.
You may also want to look at having your 2012 tax re-assessed as it is possible you have been over taxed in the new job.
I would also advise you to make sure it is okay with your current employer as some employers prohibit having a second job.
