What does it mean to see 3 angels by a bedside?
(Not something I've seen but wanted to get more information following a conversation I had with someone)

It would depend on the context and the person who saw them.

Angels are part of the unfolding spiritual journey and if a direct message is to be given to somebody it will be given directly. outside of this the meaning of 3 angels at someones bedside could have many meanings but it will become clear to the person in question when they are ready and willing to accept it, this could take years or even lifetimes.
From my experience Angel or any spirit contect is usually to start someone on a spiritual journey/quest or encourage someone already on the path to continue.
The fact that you (collegeme) are asking and not whoever seen them, could also mean that the message is ment for you !.
I know lots of people who have felt and heard Angels but took it in their stride just as if it was a book they read or film they seen, without it having any changing effect on them spiritually or otherwise. You can bring the horse to water ......
