Touchpad problem

I have me Samsung RV511 for about a year and a half and about two months ago after installing windows 8 and Ubuntu I started having problems with the mouse seemingly right and left clicking itself randomly. I spent ages downloading new drivers then reinstalling only Ubuntu then only Windows 8. I've gone back to windows 7 and am only realizing now its a hardware fault. 7 has been running fine for a good few weeks but just the other day the mouse (trackpad) buttons started acting up again. I could feel one of them sticking after it had been clicked, then yesterday the problem returned. I've taken it apart and theres nothing loose or obvoiusly wrong with the motherboards trackpad attatchment, has anyone here found a common problem/solution for this? I've googled and couldn't seem to find anything.

Also after taking it apart and putting back together it runs fine but I've no doubt this will return.
