I just found out the other day i have an overdraft on my account. Without going into the bank, how can i find out how much of an overdraft i have and what penalties(fees) are there for a student account, once the overdraft is used?

    Thank you

    Hi Fighting Irish,

    Thanks for posting.

When you log on to Banking 365 Online and select Current Account – Money Transfer – Domestic Transfer and Continue, the screen will show your available funds. If you take your balance from the available funds, you should have the amount of your Overdraft Facility.

One thing to remember is that any cheque or bank draft that has been recently lodged to your account may not have fully cleared so please take this into account when you are checking this.

If you have any questions about your account, Banking 365 can help on 0818 365 365/ 00 353 1 4044000.
Representative assisted hours are 8am – 12midight Monday to Friday and 9am – 6pm Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Information on Student Accounts and Overdrafts can be found here:

    Thanks

    Billy
