Raheny waiting time

Booked my test about a week before Halloween and still haven't heard back with a date yet. Is the wait normally this long for Raheny ? Thanks

Not normally, though the Christmas period may have slowed things. Ring and check you're in the system - then say you'll take a cancellation (if you want it quickly).

That seem quiet long. Phone the RSA and check if your application has been processed. Some people who have completed the EDT process are not getting told that their lessons have not uploaded properly. You can also check this on the RSAs site, but I would say it is best to contact the RSA directly.

When I applied for it I got a RSA Application Number , a Payment Confirmation Number and an email with files on it on how to prepare for your test and so on . Im guessing that it went through I just haven't heard back yet about the date.

That's the first part of the process. But they will often leave an application like that if someones lessons did not get uploaded properly. Without contacting the person to tell them, that they cannot get a test date until all 12 EDT lessons have been uploaded properly.

I went onto it last night and signed in and that's exactly what happened. Only my first 4 lessons got uploaded and I done those last June so I've got in contact with my instructor so waiting to here back from him now

It's very annoying that the RSA don't let people know that their application is not being processed. It would be great if you could add your name to the list of people to politely point our this flaw to them.

I just booked mine there, there were loads of free slots this month and next, the earliest being 16/01 (I took it).
