Decent Ski Jacket

Im looking to get myself a new SKi Jacket for this year, Id like to get a North Face or similair, current jacket is 5-6 years old and ZIP is dodgy

can anyone recommend a decent jacket at the right price

NF Shop in Kildare normally has a good range of their kit, including their high end Summit series stuff like the Enzo and Free thinker jackets. Normally they do about 50% of the retail price


TK Maxx shops have Goldwin, Spyder and Oakley, Mammut and Salomon stuff to name but a few of the high end jackets I have seen this year.

The Enzo and Gonzo are their top jackets and the Free thinker is the previous version of the Enzo.

Anything with 15,000m wather proofing or above or their summit series stuff will be class.

There is nowhere in Ireland that repaires tapered sealed seams on jacket zips. Other than North Face and Spyder there are no companies that will take them back for repair either.

So they could get the zip fixed but they will get wet.
