    Hi Folks,

I'm cycling now about 18 months and over the first few months I thought I had this cycling lark nailed.

BUT since these months had pass I soon realised I hadn't a clue about cycling e.g. Maintenance, training, nutrition, goals, equipment, bike fit and general problems with my bike(I could go on).

I'll give you a small example, I post an issue regarding my turbo slipping a few days back and I had the problem sorted with two hours.

I would like to thank all the members of this forum for helping me over my 18 months career in cycling.

Have a great and safe 2013
    - & no I had no drink in me when I posted this lol

    Shane

stick around theres loads more to learn ;)
and when you finished riding yourself into the ground then take a look at the cycle touring end of things and learn what the bike was invented for.
