    Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend a decent cheap hotel in Edinburgh for two nights? Thinking of heading around the middle of February.

    Thanks.

I stayed in Jurys Inn a few years back. Grand and central just by the railway station.

Travelodge on Princes Street is cheap and cheerful but very clean and a good base to see Edinburgh from, a minutes walk from the train station too. Stayed there with the GF in september

Don't know any hotels but l stayed in a B&B, Airlie. Bus stop right across the road, only bout 5 min from the city, 20min from the airport. Was the cheapest & most decent B&B l could find. bout 30min walking to the city.

Would love to be going back to Edinburgh! :D

There's a new Tune Hotel opposite Haymarket station, opened the week before Christmas, I'm headed there tomorrow for Hogmanay.

Tune hotels are like Ryanair flights. Everything is extra but if you don't take any add ons it's a bargain hotel in a great location!
