    Avoid PIXMANIA at all costs!
Their customer service is a very bad joke.

On a positive note....just to mentioned that I ordered a samsung 46" tv from pixmania last month. I ordered on a Thursday and it arrived the following Wednesday..delivered by AnPost van here. They provided me with a tracking number, which was useful.
I suppose I am luck...so far...as the TV is going well.

On a negative note, they did not send me the UK adapter with the TV. Luckily I have plenty of mains UK lead and I was able to plug it at the back. I have been in touch with them and they are sending me the promised UK adapter.

You just have to decide yourself whether to go for it or not!!! It worked fine in my case and the savings helped.

Also from the warranty card it's 2 years if you buy the TV from pixmania as it's coming from France, but only 1 year if you buy it here or the UK....Go figure!!!

Good luck with that, because it is return to Pixmania (FRANCE) - they are fine if nothing goes wrong ,but if things go wrong, they are impossible to deal with. .

Hi I bought 46" from pixmania but its not tuning in saorview any ideas?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 502 ✭✭✭Seamus1964

Does it have MPEG4 decoder built in?
I guess there is no Saorview logo printed anywhere
Possibly old stock with MPEG2 tuner only?
Can you access to the RTE radio stations?
    Problem with your aerial?
