It's €399 on the apple store and apple pricing is quite rigid, so it's certainly a saving. Good spot op.

I'm afraid I'm with Patsy on that one...Dixons all over the UK were selling them at 299 sterling without any special offer, and they will pricematch anything on Amazon or other sites. 299 sterling = 365 euro today.

Bound to drop lower.

Personally I'd wait...They were also down to 368 dollars in the States recently...That's 278.75 in Euro today, so the Powercity "deal" ain't great.

Wouldnt touch it. The new Ipad and ipad mini may be streets ahead of the competition but the ipad2 is streets behind android tablets for half the price. You are paying a lot for the apple logo.

Well I know I am doomed to hell for questioning the teachings of the church of apple but the iPad Mini is streets ahead of the other mini tablets while the latest full size ipad is streets ahead of other full size tablets. the problem is the old fullsize ipad 2 is well behind the newer full size androids. It may be a similar spec to the ipad mini but they are not in the same niche of the market. At 300+ there are better options than the ipad2. Que fatwa from apple fanatics.

Well Mac OS is streets ahead of windows 7 but windows 8 is streets ahead of Mac OS but behind Redhat 6.4

Regardless of whether individual posters think it is a superior of inferior product. This is a cheaper way of buying a product. That makes it a bargain alert. I dont know why people need to pass judgement on such things.
