Sony Vaio v Samsung Series 5

Would really appreciate some advice on which of the following laptops to buy:

Requirements are:

13" display
Portable and durable
Fast performance/perforance
Minimum 4GB Ram
Dual monitor compatibility


I've narrowed the choice down to a few options based on the above and also within budget.

I'm using the laptop primarily for accounting, tax and payroll software in addition to ms office, email, web browsing etc. In addition, I have two Samsung B2230 monitors that I will have the laptop connected to. I understand that the Sony has a better processor but will the Samsung be able to handle heavy usage? Also, the Samsung that I've included in the link states i3 processor but any searches I've done on the Samsung have all come back with an i-5???

I'm currently using a lenovo N500, Windows 7, 4gb Ram and the following processor: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Pentium+Dual+T3200+%40+2.00GHz which is able to handle everything I throw at it.

Was actually playing around with the Sony earlier on in currys today, I was very impressed with it I have to say. A solid build, nice keyboard and touchpad and a very responsive touch screen. Would definately have it on any shortlist. Didn't see the Samsung but it was a smaller Store so probably not the full range.

Spec wise not much in it bar the better processor and touchscreen on the Vaio.

There's not much of a difference to be honest.

I'd personally pick the better processor and upgrade RAM in the future if required. It's easier and cheaper. Also, adding more RAM to an i3 won't make any difference eventually.

However, I've always found Vaio's to be very noisy machines.
