I wouldn't bother with the 2.0 Dti myself, it's GM's own engine. They were rough enough, unrefined and had a very narrow power band. The 1.9 CDti is a Fiat engine and was one of the best diesel engines in it's class when it was launched. The 120bhp 8 valve version of the 1.9 CDti was less troublesome than the 150bhp 16 valve version.

My parents bought a brand new 1.9cdti vectra in 2005. It was probably one of the best cars we ever owned. Ours was the 120 bhp but it was unbelievable to go. Serious power. Great car to handle just always was stuck to the road. We sold it in 2007 not because there was anything wrong with it. Funnily enough my mother preferred that car to everyone we have ever had since. One car was even twice the price of the vectra new and she still preferred the vectra. Buy the 1.9cdti fiat Opel engine as it was superior to the older 2.0dti and as was previously said probably one of the best Diesel engines of that time.

I had a vectra sri cdti 120bhp for 2 years great car never had any issues mine was remapped to 160ish bhp very fast car. Apparently the 120bhp 8valve is alot more reliable than the 150bhp 16valve version. Great car all the same would recommend a vectra to anybody but go for the sri model much better looking than the standard version .
