hi guys,my 105 rear derailleur is banjaxed, the spring must have spun around inside the unit, theres still tension in it but its pulling the wrong way,its hard to explain but I bought it to the lbs and the guy who owns it said it was a first for him and he had never seen the problem before,it happened as I was putting on the back wheel,i had pulled the chain up to drop in the wheel and there was a cracking sound, and its goosed now,i bought a new one yesterday and after spending 2 hours at it this morning I need a good video guide to help me install and adjust it properely,i had some tuitorials on bike maintainance but my pc gave up the ghost and I need a link to a good tuitorial, cheers

I've got an ultegra derailleur for sale. It'll be going up on adverts on the 29th (I'm away at the folk's for the christmas until then).

Otherwise any 10 speed derailleur tiagra, 105, ultegra or dura ace will work fine. 9 speed derailleurs might also work if you have one lying around.
