    Have my serial number for pro tools 10 have everything am using the email that i used when buying the software and the poxy site wont let me advance because their saying its the wrong email. Anyone else had this problem?

    you need to use the email that your avid account is setup under. if you dont have an avid account you need to create one.

    after using that but it wont accept it i got in touch with their customer support in order to register it so fingers crossed it works.
