Planner Blocked?

    Hi all.

    Prob been asked before but Im having problems with my Sky planner.

    The planner is full but Im unable to delete anything and also the pause live tv,other Sky+ functions arent working.

    Ive tried to reset it using the sky remote to know avail.

    Any advice?

    Only thing I can offer is that it seems like the card is not paired with the box.

    It was working up til a month or two ago though.

    My brother had a series link in for some poxy show that was been shown ad nauseum so its possible that its completely stuffed with that shyte.

    I checked the Sky site and nothing there was able to help so I guess I will have to ring their customer support team.

    Sigh.
