Get a kevlar keyboard. If it's anything like the cyclisticists I have to listen to round here, if it's made of kevlar or carbon fibre, you'll beat all comers.

Drop handel-bars with trick brake levers also help, apparently.

You have to fully commit to be able to compete with them OP, log your hours spent training on your new keyboard, post a load of dietary shyte and have a diary listing your speed improvement typing out "I strongly disagree with you for the following reasons and I can post a link".
