    happy Christmas first :) just wondering which LD tri race people would recommend? my main consideration is that its well run , feed stations etc thanks in advance around july/aug/sept in ireland

    The only long distance races in Ireland are Hardman and EireMan (or is it Ireman). Thems your choices :)

    There's also shadowman in athlone on august bank holiday wekend. First year of this race so no history to go by....
