which long distance race for 2013

happy Christmas first :) just wondering which LD tri race people would recommend? my main consideration is that its well run , feed stations etc thanks in advance around july/aug/sept in ireland

The only long distance races in Ireland are Hardman and EireMan (or is it Ireman). Thems your choices

There's also shadowman in athlone on august bank holiday wekend. First year of this race so no history to go by....
