virus on my laptop

I got that virus "from an gardai siochana" on my laptop. i ran a scan and deleted the virus but now when i turn on the laptop,the message 'there is a problem starting wgsdgsdgdsgsd.dll. the specified module could not be found' appears. its running very slow now too. can someone tell me how to solve this?

Run a full scan with malware bytes.

I already did

Malwarebytes Anti Malware.

Make sure you run the scan with the pc in safe mode.
