    Hi,

Can anyone recommend me a good program. I'm looking to do a scan on a megane 2 1.4 16v 2003 using my laptop. A renault specific one would be great or if not a good solid generic will do.

    Thanks.

I honestly don't know of any Renault specific software although if it's basic EML extingusing and generic OBD software you're after then there's plenty out there. I use Gendan's EngineCheckPro and an ELM 327 cable set.

On the handheld scanner front, search around for the Autel 7 range as some of those are French Specific (i.e. Renault / Put / Citroen). Just be a little wary of some that are from China though...;)

Renault clip can be bought fairly handy with a bit of googling. It's the main dealer level diagnostics so you need to be carefull and know what your doing
