Hi, does anyone have any experience of the requirements or not for an antenna tower for ham radio use?

What's the story I wonder if the tower is trailer-mounted and/or telescopic?

I got planning permission for a 20 meter high fixed latticed tower in 1993.
There was 1 objection from a neighbour. The council granted permission with 1 condition that no interference be caused.
