We have a small cycle from Carrick on Shannon on Wednesday morning that might help blow off the cobwebs. Its in aid of a good cause too. If you're in the North West, it might be something that you are interested in.

50k route is to mohill , tooman, rooskey and back to carrick with some food on return. 20 k route is to drumsna and back by kiltoghert. Entry is optional. People put 5 or 10 into the box last year.

Thanks guys. Really enjoyable spin and thanks to the organisers and everybody who took part. Great to have tea /coffee with treats at the start and finish and good turnout. Thanks again. You're a real friendly bunch. Pencil it in again for next year.

Thanks for coming. It was a great spin. Pity about the rain. Got home in under 2 hours. You supported a good cause. Hope you enjoyed it?
