Hello to all in the forums,

I am trying to link up a Screenplay MX HD to a TV to watch films however when I link the external hard drive to the TV, the Iomega boot screen displaying the Iomega logo appears and remains. The hard drive does not recognize the remote control that came with the device and I have attempted to format the device which did not make a difference. The hard drive can only be formatted to NTFS format and not FAT32 although I do not know if this makes a difference.

Your help is appreciated in advance.

Is it new, or have you used it before?

I bought it new a year ago. The box has not suffered any physical damage.
