Can it be repaired?

My boyfriend discovered his lovely watch broken yesterday and he was quite fond if it. It was bought in America, Fossil I think.

The seconds hand has broken off, as has one of the minute markers and they are floating around inside the glass. Theres also a chip in the glass.

Im wondering if its repairable, or if it is worth the cost. He thinks not, but I'd love to get it fixed for him. Any help appreciated :)

Unfortunatley the watch is in his posession so I cant post a picture of the damage.

It's probably an easy enough fix but I'm sure it won't come cheap. Could you take a picture and include the model details. I've no experiance with Fossel but I believe they are inexpensive so bring it along to one of those watch repair shops and have a quote for the repair works. It might make more sense to buy a new one depending on cost of repairs.
