Firstly, we can't give you a very accurate price, as we don't work in the studios.

Secondly, we'd need to see the picture to have even a basic idea of cost.

We'd need to know the size, intricacy, colours, etc.

Lastly, your best bet is to go into a studio (Spilled Ink, Skin City, Colour Works all seem to have a good rep) and ask them for a quote.

None of us can tell you how much it's going to cost, especially with so little detail.
