Saorview Channels gone....

    My friend rang me last night saying her Saorview Channels were gone when she turned on the tv yesterday evening. They were working fine the night before and when they turned on the tv yesterday - Nothing! It's a Samsung Saorview TV and all it says is 'weak or no signal present'. They have a free-to-air box with the UK channels and they are fine - still present.
    Called out there last night and checked all the connections, all seems fine, but still couldn't get it going. I am baffled as to know what the problem is.. :confused: Neighbours Saorview is working fine, there was no interference outside to the aerial.
    Any small inkling of what might be up? There may be something small that I didn't think of... :o
