Route needed (Colinswood to Redwood Estate)

I am planing to take a little spin to the Redwood Estate/Kilnamanagh on Christmas Day. I'm living in Collinswood, off Collins Avenue.

I was checking with AA Roadwatch, they send me down towards Thomas Street, Kilmainham, Tyrconnell Road, Naas Road and Belgard Road.

I also checked Open Route Service, they send me down via Cork Street, Bunting Road, Cromwellsfort Road, Walkinstown Roundabout and Greenhills Road.

Any suggestions, which is the best choice? Or is there maybe a third route?

Am going there for the first time, can't really afford to get lost, as I am invited for a lovely Christmas dinner.

    Thanks :)

Either route is OK but personally I would prefer the second route modified slightly. I would go Cork St - Crumlin Rd - Walkinstown Av - Greenhills Rd. Avoid Bunting Rd for those horrible bumps.

Naas Rd option is probably simpler but I dont know how bike friendly the Red Cow/Luas tracks are.
