    I am having trouble sourcing enough Zanil. Is this common or just around here?

    Better chance of finding hens teeth,There is a crowd from waterford selling it on done deal but vet said to be very arefull as thgey are the only ones in the country that seem to have it

    Is there any other product that can be used on dairy cows? Samples came back positive for liver and rumen

    Same here did cows with fasinex 2 weeks ago and will do with Zanil in early jan,Luickly i bought it in september when there was a bit of it around

    Levafas hard on cattle, sales rep.told me once that 100 ml is plenty for a big cow(600 kg cow>150 ml on can). . . Saw 5 gallon cans of zanil in vets yesterday

    I went looing for Zanil yesterday and they were out. Got Levafas Diamond instead.

    Hard on farmers too........l used it during the week and was as sick as a small hospital for 24 .hours blaming the fact I didn't wear gloves!!!!

    I was the same after using that stuff a month ago, feckin rotten stuff.
    Got some zanil on friday from local glanbia to dose youngstock that were looking miserable and coughing like 90 year old fellas. Seem in much better form, but would only use it as a spot treatment myself.

    Levafas Diamond is NOT licensed for Dairy Cows.
    If you fail your milk test the company will not support you. Off label use.

    Surprised rep advised it TBH

    Obviously okay for Suckler cows....

    I think end of month.will be normal supply and all the ruman fluke killed rruman fluke great for that company was.in.stores for yrs And no sale,! I rember dosing with it 35yrs ago and after all the hi tech ads for the new nearly tell you if you showed them the bottle they fluke would be killed.,,sons working here I am again a lot older finding the heads a lot more difficult to hold u p dosing for the new name f Luke With Zanil Tis not easy to understand Good luck

    Had KT meeting there with good vet lately and she says makes no difference fasting and no need to keep them in either after... Less stress the better in and out
