S2 Problem

    Hi,

    If anyone one here can help me with a problem I am having with my S2 I would very much appreciate it!

    My S2 is now deciding to freeze and than reboot when it reboots it says "unable to download" at bottom of the screen for a second and it loses service for a few seconds as well. It was happening very regularly so I went asked in Carphone Warehouse how could I fix it they said update the phone software which I did, yet it is still happening but not as regularly.
