Bill cancellation

Hi, I was supposed to get a call back from a manager to authorise the cancellation of a bill eircom sent me for 900 euro. The billing department aren't answering the phones when I try to ring them. Can someone call me back or let me know if the bill is cancelled yet?? Account number: 71026200

That account is cancelled anyway so not much anyone can do with it, thanks ill ring on Monday so
