I'm looking at changing my current work van to a tdi transporter and normally a 1+2 passenger seater would do most of the time but I would like to have a second row of either 2 or 3 seats in the back, crewcab style, to allow for extra passengers when needed.

What are the rough cost differences in insurance and road tax between a bog standard van and a crewcab van plus if a crewcab can family members travel in them ?

Also I heard a while back that crewcabs must have 'dividing wall' between the passenger and storage area, don't know how true this is but I've seen a couple online without the dividing metal wall.

And finally there was something before about the storage area needing to be greater than the passenger area ?

    Thanks guys/gals
