    Just starting a discussion thread about the absence of advertised HDTV programming over the next week. There is no HD programme advertised for this coming week as we celebrate Christmas. At this stage I am amazed that not one feature film has been advertised to be shown in HD on RTE 2. You think the highlight movie for Christmas night the Social Network would get the HD treatment. What excuse is there that programmes and films obviously made in HD not to be shown in full resolution on a HD channel?
