Problem with Smyth's Toystore

    Has anyone else had any problem's ordering online with Smyth's. I ordered Sunday night (second order this month), last order had to be in by 2pm Monday.
    Order went through, then I recieved an e-mail on Monday saying it had been cancelled :mad: Sent an e-mail from Smyth's website (still waiting for a reply), rang costing me 95cent a minute, no help at all and sent a message on Facebook.
    Rang Head Office, was told it's automated and there is no reason why my order shouldn't have gone through but nothing they can do.

    Too late to order online for Christmas, so have to do without toys that can't be got instore, my money still hasn't been returned, said 3 working days, it's been 4 days now going on 5 :confused:

    Really disappointed and frustrated at this stage!!

    Has anyone else had any problems and any advice to sort it out? Thanks.
