Altenator recondition limerick/ennis??

    Anyone know where to get s recon altenator in limerick or ennis??
    It's for a mark 1 focus 1.6 if that makes a difference.
    Or alternatively where I can get rectifier for same

    Try Auto Electrics on the old mill road in ennis, across the road from top part motor factory, think ur man's name is gus.

    O'Shea Auto Electrics on the dock road, don't know if there any good, but the guy in ennis is spot on and wont rip ya off.

    There is an electrical rewind place on the Ballysimon Road just down a bit from the former Branaghan's pub/Stuffin's take away. There is a barber's shop right next to it these days.

    as mentioned Michael Kelliher in Montpelier, O'Briens Bridge or Christy Madden at the back of O'Mara motors on the Tipp road

    Both do top class work and are reasonable

    I've used Christy madden before, good service and massively cheaper than the place on the mill road in ennis

    That looks like Des Kennedy's place, he is a very good auto spark alright, not sure if he reconditions alternators himeself but he would most likely know where to go and the place I mentioned in my earlier post is only around the corner on the next street.

    Thanks all got one off o'sheas on the dock road. Fitted it just now and the misses is back on the road.
