Water Damaged Samsung Galaxy S2

Basically I knocked a pint of water over my phone on Saturday night and its not working since. Its happened me before with other phones and its happened a few friends sII's and after leaving them in rice for a couple of days in the hotpress and they then worked no problem. Anybody have any ideas how I could sort this??
