Belfast sink & wooden worktop. Plastic drip tray to go under washing up tray?

I've been making do for years with a variety of plastic lids and things. But they are messy. I have to obviously keep the water from sitting on the worktop (though I haven't succeeded around the tap) as it goes black.

I recently saw that there are plastic products to go under washing-up trays that will drip over the edge into the sink.

Like this but they won't ship to Ireland & but I've no luck finding them or anything similar. Kilkenny, Cork, Waterford region if possible or someone who will post. Not looking for expensive solutions like simplehuman washing trays, or ceramic drip trays etc, which some shops have suggested.

Thanks, but that wasn't what I was asking about. I have runners routed into the worktop, but they area bad solution only practically suitable to salesrooms.
