I have a laptop which is insured with Currys. Ive had the plan for the last five years and only used it once for a minor fault. Ive since had an accident with it and it wont switch on. My insurance is actually finished next week so I'm wondering has anybody any advice on what to to the Insurance company in order to get it fixed or a new laptop? I know that they can be pretty sticky when it comes to things like this!

ring them before the insurance is out  unless the insurance doesn't cover the type of accident you had ie you dropped it spilled blah on it etc
