    Is it legal to do such things on the side of the road over there? Pretty ****ed how the male officer asked the female officer to do it like some sort of sick power thing.

    Oh I know that. But the fact that she carried it out on the side of the road on his instruction, surely if she was doing her job correctly she should have declined and advised that they go to the station?

    If there was a necessity to cavity search the women then a pair of used gloves would probably be on the upper scale of cleanliness compared to what else has been up there. Story about nothing from the daily mail as usual.

    Indeed. Roadside cavity search.. I hope they find a good lawyer. Personally I'd try and go straight at the 4th Amendment on that one, even excluding the same-glove issue.
