    Hey,

i just got a letter from ebs that my TRS is being reduced from €238 to €75 effective 7th jan.

I bought in may 2006, surely am i not entitled to full TRS until 2017 due to this?

If you were a 1st time buyer in 2006 then the 30% rate of trs should continue to apply.

    Hi,
Quick query, when did tax relief on mortgages begin? I bought with partner back in 2000 and cant remember if we applied or even if it was an option back then? I have sold since and am just curious, thanks in advance.
