    Hi all

I have a 09 Suzuki Swift. For the last few months, the clock would loose the time every so often - maybe once every couple of weeks. But this morning - I have no power behind the clock or the radio. Both dead. Other than that, the car is working grand.

Any ideas what the problem could be.

    Thanks.

If the problem was intermittent, then it sounds like a bad connection somewhere, most likely an earth. Especially if one or the other, or both items will work, or not, as the case may be. Think you will have to pull the radio/ clock and have a look see. A multimeter will help to determine if you have power and/ or an earth.

    Hi

Apologies for taking so long to reply - had problems trying to log into Boards.

It was the fuse - but not the one it said on the cover or in the book. You have to crawl in under the steering wheel to get to the fuse box. I bought a new fuse. One of the guys at work - looked at old fuse - he said it wasn't gone. So I decided to remove each fuse, one by one - hitting my knuckles of the accelerator several times !! And guess which fuse was the problem one - the last one. But woohoo - I now have my radio back :)

Thanks to you both for your replys. Much appreciated.
