Are you looking for all the normal, practical equipment or a branded neat tidy set? I have seen finlandia/absolut/bols sets that look the part in the odd offlicence such as McHughs or Martins but its hit and miss where you will get them.

I always harp on about this place but http://www.sweeneyorourke.com/ebstore/so/ will have everything you need in basic stainless steel like any bar would use. A basic 7 piece set should consist of a mixing glass, a mixing tin, a 1 oz measure (to easily follow all the US recipes she will get online), a bar spoon, a mexican elbow, hawthorn strainer and maybe a fine strainer. A hand cranked ice crusher is handy too. Some nice glassware and a fridge that has an icemaker is also an asset.
