Windows 8 on my laptop?

How do I find out if my laptop is compatible with or able to run Windows 8, ive heard something about "hardware virtualization" that I think I may need and dont have? Im wondering is there somewhere I can check my laptop spec to compare for compatibility, maybe in the control panel or somewhere?

My laptop is a Packard Bell Easynote TJ68, pentium dual core cpu t4400 @ 2.20 Ghz, with 4GB Ram and 64 bit OS currently running Windows 7 if that helps?

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
