    Hi.

I am wondering who do you engage to create the plans to submit for planning permission, the design is already known, an engineer is engaged to do all structural specs such as steels but who do you get to do the actual plans to submit to local goverment. Part of it includes a terrrace to the rear, no overlooking issue and as such we need plans drawn up.

    Thanks

An Architect or Architectural Technician. You should take note of this too

Thanks sinnerboy, yes I am well aware of the regs and they will be fully adhered too, most of the work was done in the past during a prior refurb i.e. firedoors, wired interlinked fire alarms etc to allow for a future conversion. Seems an Arch Tech it is then. Thanks again.
