Which legal recruiter is the best or most helpful in the Dublin market at the moment?

There seems to be a large number now on the market and by looking at their websites they seem to be advertising the same positions. Does anyone have any recent dealings with them - would appreciate a steer in the direction of one that will be proactive and do the best for me.

    Thanks M

Are you looking to advertise a position or looking for a job? Recruiters work mostly for the big five or occasionally fill big in house vacancies(financial services being a large part of it) and the majority of those recruited come from top 5 - 10. These recruiters often fill specialist positions e.g. funds lawyers so if you don't have the right background, you may be pissing against the wind applying. If you are on linkedin, I'd check out the Law Society of Ireland group page. There are a lot of recruiters there. Looking at what they specialise in might help you decide.
