    Hey.

I'm not sure I am putting this in the right place but here goes...

I have become aware of a nanny agency that is advising clients to pay their nannies into their hand. This is actually against the law as you cannot be a full time permanent self employed nanny. You have to be an employee and the family has to register as your employer.

Many nannies are being screwed over because of this agency - they are taking jobs that are cash in hand, not given proper contracts, not insured, not getting PRSI etc.

Can I alert the authorities about this? And how would I do that? I have had a few people tell me that this agency tried to get them to work for families cash in hand but they refused but I am sure there are others that are taking the jobs as they are desperate for any kind of work...
