Hi, Anyone get the payment for this year yet ?

Only the 25% and not the remaining 75%.

Not holding out much hope of getting the rest in 2012.

Contacted Dept. today most payments for AEOS 2 will be paid out in January. Files with penalties on them may be next March when they are paid. I cannot understand the delay on files for minor discepancies while the Dept. awaits an adjudication on them. The overclaims in some instances may amount to 10-20 euro but a whole load of red tape has to be surmounted to get them paid.

I ve had bother in the past with tiny discrepancies that had been sorted in one office but the other sections could nt see they had been cleared. It would have been nice to have it before christmas

got 75% of my aeos payment yesterday.didnt expect it to next year so it was a nice surprise, hopefully the rest will come in the new year

Dept wrote to me before Xmas asking me to ouline on my receipt the exact varieties of trees planted. I answered back the next day. A month later I rang and was told everything was in order and that they were waiting on a supervisor to sign off on Capital expenses.Rang again last week and they were still not signed off by supervisor. Was talking to a pleasnt man who said he'd sort it out.We wait in hope!

Can't figure why the Dept is so slow to deal with penalty clause cases,either they haven't the money or they are useless incompetents,I suspect both.
