I've heard it suggested by many that it is a bit of an urban myth tbh and that a few players scored off him. No idea myself as I've only seen clips of the games in question either way it was an incredible record.

I think you could be right about it being an urban myth. AFAIK, Paudge Quinn scored a goal for Tyrone in the 1986 Final. He was no. 15 on the Tyrone team and Paidi was no. 2 for Kerry.

Paudi was questioned on this and he responded by saying that at the time of the scores he had been detailed to mark someone else. If it is an urban myth and it may well be, i have never any former players dispute it. No idea who the alleged point scorer was though

Joe McNally was a very good footballer. And he has an All-Ireland Medal in his back pocket.

Lads, anyone know who got the score...Joe Brolly said on Sunday's paper that Paud Quinn from Tyrone was the only man to score a goal in an All Ireland final off Paidi...However, everyone else has said that it was a point he conceded. Is Brolly after making a fool out of himself?
