Raspberry "Joan J" canes still fruiting!

I planted some Raspberry Joan J canes this year and they are still fruiting!
Is it OK to leave them fruit? - my wife likes to pick a few every day and give to the baby so she wants me to leave well enough alone :)
Or should they be cut down to ground level and fed some manure? I'm wondering if leaving them fruiting this late will exhaust the plants and we'll get a rubbish crop next autumn?

Don't cut down till they are well finished. Could be another month yet before leaves drop. The fruit will stop once the frosts get severe. This has already happened with mine but you are in a much milder area.

It is the growth of the new canes next year that will determine the fruiting next Autumn.
