Cheap laptop for Christmas

Looking for a laptop to use Skype and web browsing. 15" screen. Budget is €350 max. Is that realistic? Looking at one or two sites and this budget gets a Celeron or Pentium Dual Core. Would they be OK? And what speeds? I see them from 1.5Ghz to 2Ghz. Would need to order soon as it's for a Christmas present.

350 is pushing it a bit but if all you need it for is skype and browsing it will be ok.

Cheers, but I have checked availability of 25+ laptops on Argos and there is none in my area - from Castlebar to Letterkenny.
