Problem with connecting to eircom wifi

Hi all, Hope this is the right place to post this problem i have. I have eircom home broadband, only recently im having problems with the wifi connection on my laptop. Every so often it seems to drop or lag really badly. I have attached a screenshot of the message i receive. When i log onto a site it might connect alright…

Hi all,

Hope this is the right place to post this problem i have.

I have eircom home broadband, only recently im having problems with the wifi connection on my laptop. Every so often it seems to drop or lag really badly. I have attached a screenshot of the message i receive. When i log onto a site it might connect alright but the loading circle is always running in the corner of the internet tab.

I have also noticed recently that sometimes my phone will disconnect from the wifi and when i select the network it says it is unavailable.

Would this be a router issue, or an eircom issue?? They only sent me a new router a few months ago.
